Our thoughts propel our action. This is one of my ongoing themes.
Overthinking it falls in this theme. Becoming our better selves take thought and introspection. However, sometimes we overthink things. This can cause us not to move forward and we become paralyzed. Swarming thoughts block the power to make decisions and take away our creativity. But we can always redirect our thoughts and get ahead of the paralysis.
